Automated classification of documents

The acquisition and integration new content, typically in the form of a large volume of unstructured documents that lack a consistent format or layout is a common business challenge.

The cataloguing of such documents and subsequent filing into an existing repository is a time consuming and error-prone manual process and is a barrier to successful knowledge transfer.

ClassifR is a classification tool that uses a unique combination of algorithms to assess where any individual document sits within a classification scheme of your choosing.

Using advanced machine learning, ClassifR reads and understands an incoming document, and can then assign that document to membership of one or more categories.

ClassifR is used to sift through large numbers of documents to identify those of interest to a particular user or project.

If you have millions of un-organised documents in a fileshare or collaboration site, ClassifR can introduce order into this chaos and identify the documents that matter, quickly.
